What is happening on 8 September

On Tuesday 8 September 2026, I am offering a free physiotherapy consultation at Modern Physio. The clinic is open all day, from 8 am to 9 pm. You can walk in any time, or call or WhatsApp 082334 02489 to book a slot. We are at 73 East, Giriraj Vihar, near Shalby Hospital, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur 302021. The consultation and assessment are free. Treatment is charged only if you need it and decide to start.

Why I am doing this

8 September is World Physiotherapy Day. Too many people in Jaipur live with back, neck, knee or shoulder pain for years. Some manage on painkillers. Some wait for surgery. Many do not know that physiotherapy can often ease the pain and restore movement, so they can go back to a normal, independent life. This free day is my way to make that first step easy. Come and find out where you stand, with no fee for the assessment.

What a physiotherapy consultation actually is

A consultation is not a massage, and it is not just a machine. First I listen to your history: what hurts, when it started, what makes it better or worse. Then I do a hands-on assessment to find the real source of the problem. That source is often not where you feel the pain. A stiff hip can show up as knee pain. A neck problem can send pain down the arm. After that I explain what I find in plain words, and give you a simple home plan you can start the same day.

Who should come

  • Back, neck, knee or shoulder pain, new or long standing
  • Sports injuries
  • Stiffness after surgery or a fall
  • Posture pain from long hours at a desk
  • Seniors who feel unsteady on their feet
  • New mothers with pelvic or back pain

If you are not sure whether physiotherapy is right for you, that is exactly what the free consultation is for. You can read more about back pain, neck pain and knee pain on our condition pages, or see how we work as your physiotherapist in Jaipur.

What to bring and what to expect

Bring any old reports or an MRI if you have them. Wear comfortable clothes so you can move easily. Plan for about 20 minutes. There is no pressure to start treatment. You will leave knowing what is going on and what your options are.
