This website and Modern Physio's services are intended for non-emergency musculoskeletal conditions. When in doubt about whether your condition is urgent, err on the side of caution and seek immediate medical attention.

5. Healthcare Services and No Guaranteed Outcomes

Modern Physio provides physiotherapy and related healthcare services. By booking an appointment or engaging our services, you acknowledge that:

• You will provide accurate and complete information about your health condition and medical history.
• Results from physiotherapy treatments vary by individual. While many patients experience significant improvement, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome, cure, or recovery timeline. Your results depend on many factors including the nature of your condition, how long you have had it, your adherence to the treatment plan, and your overall health.
• You will follow the treatment plan and home exercise programs as recommended by your physiotherapist. The effectiveness of treatment depends significantly on your active participation and compliance.
• You will inform your physiotherapist about any changes in your health condition or if you experience any adverse effects during or after treatment.
• If your condition does not improve or worsens despite treatment, you may be referred to a medical doctor or specialist for further evaluation.

6. Appointment, Cancellation, and Payment Terms

When booking an appointment with Modern Physio, you agree to the following terms:

Appointment Policy:

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice by calling or messaging +91 82334 02489.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
• Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in the requirement of a deposit for future appointments.

Payment Terms:

• The consultation and treatment fee is ₹400 per session (subject to change; current fee confirmed at time of booking).
• Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, UPI payments, and major credit/debit cards.
• We operate on a pay-per-visit basis. There are no package purchases, no minimum number of sessions, and no upfront deposits (except in cases of repeated no-shows as noted above).
• You continue treatment because you see results, not because you are locked into a prepaid package.

Refund Policy:

Payment is for services rendered during your visit. Once a session is completed, no refunds are provided. If you are dissatisfied with your care, please discuss your concerns with Dr. Bansal directly. We are committed to addressing any issues and ensuring you receive quality care.

7. Scope of Service

Modern Physio provides in-clinic physiotherapy services at our Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur location. Services include:

• Comprehensive musculoskeletal assessment and diagnosis
• Hands-on manual therapy techniques
• Therapeutic modalities and equipment-based treatments
• Exercise prescription and rehabilitation programs
• Posture and ergonomic guidance
• Post-surgical and post-injury rehabilitation

All services are provided in-clinic only. We do not currently offer telehealth, remote consultations, or at-home physiotherapy visits. Assessment and treatment require your physical presence at the clinic.

Home exercise programs and follow-up guidance may be provided as part of your in-clinic treatment plan, but the initial assessment and all treatment sessions must be conducted at the clinic.

8. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The content on our website is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. While using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website.

Patient Testimonials and Content: If you provide a testimonial, review, photograph, video, or other content featuring yourself for use on our website, social media, or marketing materials, you grant Modern Physio a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content. You confirm that:

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the website, or the provision of physiotherapy services by Modern Physio shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.

For healthcare services disputes, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Rajasthan State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or the appropriate medical professional regulatory body.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original.
